I have years of experience dealing with many types of business and mangement issues for large, medium and small companies, and have started 3 of my own small businesses.

I have years of industry experience in people and project management, communications and teamwork skills training, and providing vision and focus.

I have had great success coaching people, and they have greatly valued my advice and encouragement.

WHAT I CAN DO:

Listen and learn about you – your values, vision, talents, goals, and obstacles.

Provide guidance, achievable steps, encouragement and follow-up in weekly sessions.

Be available outside of regular sessions via phone or email.

Assist you to enhance your own business and managment skills and learn to resolve problems as they arise.

Provide resources for additional information, and referrals if needed.

Learn from you (we all learn from each other).
